The Right Path for Me
It’s always been clear to me that I wasn’t the traditional college type. I did try it for the first year, just because everyone expected me too. The truth did come out, and I left college to join the work force. I was much happier, but I know that I do need some type of training or certification to make it now days. It just made sense for me to learn a trade, or a specific job that would be in demand. Besides, I’ve wanted to move away forever, and if I could get a career I would totally move to San Francisco which has always been my dream. Well, with a lot of research, I found out that dental and medical is where it’s at for steady work. I also discovered that a dental hygienist salary is really awesome. The training isn’t that long, either,and I can work in any city I want, and know there’s positions available.

Retail is the Right Job for Me
I have been looking for retail assistant jobs. I think that my experience in retail really will propel me to new heights in this industry. My New Old Town
I was driving around town the other day just to ease my mind off from my job and all. I haven’t been around town lately. My route had been my house, my office and a local shopping store in between. So it came as a surprise to see a lot of new business and buildings on some part of the town.
There were new logistics company too. I guess careers in logistics are booming these days. Apart from that are joints after joints of restaurants and diners. Whew. People eat a lot in our town, I guess it that is evidence. Then there are new big companies and new apartment complexes. I thought I was visiting a new town and not my own.
I guess that towns are not small anymore and that it is possible to not know what is happening around. For me that is. I seriously need to go out more often.

A Strange Case of Unemployment
My father is an incredibly hard worker, which is why I found it surprising when I found out that he was going to need an unemployment extension. I mean, sure, times are sort of tough right now, but you should be able to find a job with my father’s experience. He’s been working in his industry for longer than I’ve been alive, so you would think that people would be chomping at the bits to get him. Strangely, though, it took him nearly two years to find another job in his industry. Of course, that makes me a little nervous about my own job hunt, but I’m confident that I’m going to be able to make it work. I’m going to have a little sit down with my father and figure out what he did to finally stand out amongst the competition. With any luck, he’s going to be able to help me find a job that I actually like, in a place where I’d actually like to live.
