Healthy Bbq

As summer approaches, everyone is glad for it to be here. We want to see the people we might have put on the back burner and hang out with them, tossing back a cold beer or wine cooler. The first thing that you can do to make bbqs a bit healthier is to grill some vegetables on the grill. All you need to do is add a bit of seasoning. Next when you move on to burgers make sure you grab lean beef, anything less than 90 percent lean beef is just swimming in animal fat. Another way many people don’t think of is to ease up on the seasonings. Many of those seasonings have loads of salt in them. We all know that salt raises blood pressure and makes you bloated, which is no fun. Snack on some natural fresh beef jerky with you healty bbq.
