With our oldest boy set to leave for the university in August, my husband and I are already starting to go through the ritual of preparing him to succeed in school. New Mortal Kombat Game
For those of us who grew up on video games, Mortal Kombat was easily a staple. I remember being glued to my gaming system for hours as I viciously dolled out some good attacks. My favorite was to finish my fights with the fatality move at the end, while my sister used to always end with the friendship option, giving me flowers. It is hard to imagine the original game debuted over ten years ago. Those who loved playing the game may want to check out the newest version entitled “Mortal Kombat.”
Unlike other attempts to branch out from the original game, this version is most comparable and loyal fans will love it. It is simplicity at its best, equipped with similar outlandish story lines. Of course there is tons of gore and violence, as it wouldn’t be Mortal Kombat without it. The game boosts increased visuals and some extreme aesthetics, transforming it into a genuine fighting game full of authentic competition. The graphics have returned to a two dimensional plane and the combination moves can be executed, but some of the more advance attacks will take time to learn.
Overall it is a good experience and playing the game brought me back to my childhood. However, I would recommend grabbing some friends to play over utilizing the single player option. I will add this game into rotation with another favorite of mine to play with a group, World of Warcraft. I have been playing that game a lot and trying to convince anyone I can to Buy WOW Accounts.
